What to do when your creative is rejected
What to do when your creative is rejected

Next steps if your creative is rejected for any reason.

Updated over a year ago

It could be a technical requirement issue or a content-related issue but you’ll receive an email with the reason the creative didn’t pass review, and you can also check the status in the Creative library.

After technical review, your creative will be manually reviewed for 2-3 business days, so make sure to schedule your campaign start date with this in mind
