On the Ad accounts page, you'll find a list of your accounts and their associated status.

Your ad account can be in 3 possible statuses: Active, Deactivated, or Closed. These statuses are mutually exclusive and are controlled by Roku.
Active status
Your account is fully set up and ready to run campaigns.

Deactivated
You'll receive an email letting you know the reason Roku has stopped your ad accounts and any active campaigns. The most common cause for deactivation is a failed payment. Once you fix the issue, your account will be reactivated and your status will be changed to "Active".
If you believe your account was deactivated in error, open the Help Center widget at the bottom right and send us a message
Closed
Your ad account has been closed and won't be reactivated.
