How and where to pull campaign reporting.

Updated over a week ago

Creating a report is a quick way to view all the metrics & dimensions associated with your ad campaigns. View a complete list of metrics (and their acronyms).

Metrics are reported in the time zone you entered when setting up your ad account

You can pull reports on the Reports and the Campaigns page, and both offer the same level of reporting.

Reports page

The best path for creating a single or scheduled report for 1 or many campaigns.

There are 3 options to choose from:

o Download an existing report
If it’s within 30 days from when you first ran the report, you can select the Download button on the Reports page. If over 30 days, simply run the report again to download it.

o Run a new report
Select "New report" on the top right to create a new or recurring report. Name your report and select the campaigns you want to report on. Next, choose the time period of your report and decide if you'd like this report to run on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence. Next, choose the dimensions & metrics you want to include, and the email where the report should be delivered. If there are others in your organization who should receive the email, you can add their emails here. You can run this report once by clicking "Run", save it for later by clicking "Save", or both by clicking "Save & Run.”

o View or edit a saved report
On the Reports page, click "Saved reports" on the far left. All saved reports will appear here. You can rerun or download saved reports by clicking the icon on the far right. To edit the report, click the report name and then "Edit" on the top right. After you adjust your reporting, click "Save & run."

Campaigns page

Create a single report for a single campaign.

On the "Campaigns" page, select any active or ended campaign and then click "Run report" on the top right.

Next, on the fly-out:

  • Enter the date range of your report

  • Choose the dimensions & metrics to include

  • Enter the emails where the report will be delivered

  • Click the "Run report" button

Recurring reports and reports for multiple campaigns can’t be pulled from the Campaigns page. Use the Reports page for that.

When will my reports arrive?

Reports are run at 8 am (Eastern Time) and then emailed. The arrival time varies based on the amount of data included in your report.
