Trouble Signing Up for an Ads Manager Account

If you are having difficulty signing up for Roku Ads Manager, as outlined here, please review the steps below:

  • Business Email Format: Ensure your email is entered in a standard format (e.g., name@company.com).

  • Account Activation: After signing up, you will receive an activation link from no-reply@roku.com. You must click this link to verify your professional account before you can build campaigns.

  • Missing Activation Email: Check your inbox, corporate spam, or "Promotions" folder. If the email does not arrive within 1 hr, create a new account or contact our support chat for additional assistance.

  • Password Requirements: Once you have clicked the activation link, you'll need to change your password. To ensure ad account security, passwords must be at least 10 characters and include:

    • One lowercase letter (a-z)

    • One uppercase letter (A-Z)

    • One number (0-9)

    • One special character (*&^%$#@!)


Trouble Signing In to the Ads Manager Dashboard
