Roku Ads Manager has a usage-based billing process that only charges your payment method once billable impressions have run.

When your billing threshold is reached
Your billing threshold will start at $500. Once spending activity in all of your campaigns and accounts reaches this amount, your payment method will be charged. Thresholds may increase as successful payments are made, automatically increasing your credit limit and reducing the total amount of times your card is charged.
At the end of each month
Any remaining spend that exceeds the threshold amount will be charged to your payment method on the last day of the month. This ensures that your account is paid in full at the end of each month.
