Organization roles

Organization admins can invite others to join their organization as a member, guest, or other organization admin.

When inviting others to your organization, select the appropriate role based on the level of access and control the user should have:

Organization admin

Organizational admins have full access to manage all aspects of the org and its ad accounts. They can invite or remove people from the organization or its accounts, as well as create and manage new ad accounts and payment methods. This is the only role with overall organization and ad account privileges.

Member

Members have restricted access and can collaborate only on the ad accounts to which they're assigned. They can be assigned to multiple roles in an ad account; they'll have permissions allotted to those particular roles.

Guest

This role is for advertising partners who are contracted outside of your business. Assign them to specific ad accounts and roles, so they can jump in and start helping right away.

Ad account roles

Organization admins have access to every ad account and all user roles for those ad accounts. When org admins invite member or guest users, they grant them specific access to an ad account and assign them ad account roles. (They can change these roles at any time.)

Account admin

Account admins can update the settings of the ad account(s) to which they're assigned, as well as manage methods of payment. They can also manage campaigns, creatives, events, and reports.

Campaign manager

This is the most commonly assigned ad account role. Campaign managers can manage campaigns, creatives, event data, and reports. They cannot adjust method of payment or ad account settings.
