Once your payment is received, the status will change from pending to paid in the Payment activity list. If there’s an issue with the payment, the status will show as failed.
Paid
Your credit card payment was successfully processed or your refund request was approved and paid.
Pending
We've initiated the process to collect your payment.
Failed
Your payment wasn't received. Your ad account will be deactivated and your campaign will stop spending immediately.
A few common issues to check:
Payment method expired
The credit limit was exceeded
Insufficient funds
An issue with your bank
We’ll follow up with several emails over 7 days. If we’re still unable to reach you and we don't receive your payment within 7 days, your account will be turned over to collections.
